Shipping Policy

Please allow between 1-3 business days to receive a shipping confirmation. We ship through United States Postal Service (USPS). We offer First Class Shipping which can take 2-5 business days.

Once a package is taken to the post office it is out of our control. We will do whatever is possible to help you retrieve a lost package however once a package is taken to USPS you must reach out to USPS to resolve any issues regarding to lost or stolen packages.

REFUNDS

All deposits or consultation fees are non-refundable. We will do whatever we can to try to reallocate funds to store credit in the case you do not use a service. Upon completion of service we do not offer any refunds

WEBSITE BUILDING MEETING — IF YOU HAVE BOUGHT THIS PACKAGE AND ATTACHED YOUR PHONE NUMBER/EMAIL TO THE PURCHASE I WILL CONTACT VIA EMAIL OR PHONE TO SCHEDULE A DAY TO DISCUSS YOUR WEBSITE IDEAS. THIS MEETING LAST 30-45 MINUTES AND WILL HELP US FIND DIRECTION FOR THE WEBSITE.

I WILL CONTACT YOU WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR PURCHASE TO SCHEDULE A MEETING TINE THAT COORDINATES WITH YOUR SCHEDULE.
